Dr Randy Hatfield

Dr Randy Hatfield is a senior education executive with over 25 years of international development experience in education policy analysis, project implementation and evaluations at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels. He is experienced in key areas of sector reforms including pre and in service teacher education, school governance, community mobilisation and donor coordination through multiple stakeholder partnerships. His regional experience includes South Asia, the Middle East and East Africa.Dr Hatfield has served at international agencies including the USAID; World Bank; Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office; World Vision; Aga Khan Foundation; UNICEF; and UNESCO. Dr Hatfield earned his PhD from the London School of Economics in Social Policy and Master`s from the School of International Studies at the American University in Washington, D.C.
