Dr Rabika Solanki

Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Professor & Academic Coordinator

Rabika Solanki is a mental health professional with extensive experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and counselling for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. She specialises in CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapeutic approaches, helping individuals build resilience and improve overall well-being.

In addition to her clinical practice, Ms Solanki serves as an Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator, where she actively works to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application in mental health.

She has facilitated numerous trainings and workshops on mindfulness, workplace stress, student well-being, trauma, and mental health first aid across schools, universities, and corporate environments. Passionate about education and empowerment, she remains committed to advancing mental health awareness and supporting communities through compassionate, evidence-based care.
