Caroline Jenner

Chief Operating Officer, JA Worldwide

Caroline Jenner is the Chief Operating Officer at JA Worldwide, overseeing learning experience modernisation, digital and AI initiatives, impact intelligence, risk management, and member operations.

She began her career as an entrepreneur and joined JA as a volunteer in Slovakia in the 1990s. She helped establish JA operations in eight Eastern European countries after the Berlin Wall fell and eventually led the founding of JA Europe in 2002. During her 17 years as CEO at JA Europe, she launched several innovative initiatives, including the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (now a global JA credential), the EE-HUB policy platform, the Innovation Cluster for Entrepreneurship Education, and The Entrepreneurial School Awards.

Ms Jenner has spoken at major conferences including the World Economic Forum, OECD, and the Global Education & Skills Forum, and is a frequent panelist and moderator. She holds an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Alberta, Canada, and is a dual citizen of Canada and Belgium.
