Ms Bee Gul
Bee Gul is a Pakistani screenwriter and director. She wrote some critically acclaimed television plays and television films such as Talkhiyaan, Pehchaan, Kaun Qamar Ara, Firdous ki Dozakh and Dar Si Jaati Hai Sila. An extraordinary sense of the screenplay going beyond mere dialogue writing became the characteristic of her style, which touched tabooed topics in a bold but commendable way. Both her plays Talkhiyaan and Pehchan have been anything but the usual run-of-the mill dramas.
Bee Gul`s stories often deal with themes of reality and identity. While her work resists labels, it is often described as artsy. Among Bee Gul`s favourite writers/directors and influences are Rajinder Singh Bedi, Saadat Hasan Manto, Ismat Chughtai, Gulzar, Sahir Ludhianvi, Arundhati Roy, JK Rowling, Faiz Ahmad Faiz, Jon Elia and Asghar Farhadi.Ms Bee Gul//beams.beaconhouse.edu.pk/admin/events/photo/1540292542.jpgScreenwriterView Profile

He founded the Pakistan Air Quality Initiative (PAQI) to monitor air quality across major urban areas of Pakistan and to provide awareness for air quality and air pollution issues, and therefore provide impetus for change.
